In response to the growing awareness of mental health and well-being among college students and staff, our college has established a dedicated Yoga and Meditation Centre. This initiative aims to provide a serene and inclusive space where individuals can engage in yoga, meditation, and mindfulness practices to enhance their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The room is strategically located at the second floor of the campus ensuring privacy and tranquility. Designed with simplicity and comfort in mind, the room features calming colors, natural lighting, and minimalist décor to create a peaceful atmosphere conducive to relaxation and introspection. The flooring is equipped with yoga mats for yoga poses and meditation practices.
